Ram II
was a Canadian cruiser tank created during WWII to combat the lack of tanks in Canada. It utilized a modified version of the US M3 tank chassis and a turret that could hold a 57-mm gun. Around 1,949 Ram tanks were produced. However, it was mainly used for training and inspired variants like the Kangaroo Armoured Personnel Carrier and Sexton Self-Propelled Gun. The Ram is the only tank ever designed and manufactured in Canada.
In World of Tanks, you can use the potent 57 mm QF 6-pounder cannon with a high rate of fire to keep your foes on their toes. The Ram II's large HP pool and 1,965 DPM are impressive for a Tier V medium, while the great power-to-weight ratio and fair frontal and side armor make it a valuable ally in battle. was a British variant of the Sherman tank and was widely used by Commonwealth forces, including Canadian units.
It was made a legend on the battlefield by gunner Joe Ekins, who destroyed a platoon of three Tiger tanks with just five shots. Now you can emulate this impressive achievement with this pin-point accurate sniper that has an amazing Rate of Fire and a remarkable 2,000 DPM. And thanks to a higher top speed of 40.20 km/h and changes to the armor layout, the VC variant has improved survivability over the standard Firefly.
