The BT-7 is a Tier 3 Soviet Light Tank, which means that most players tend to blaze through its research to get on with the rest of the tech tree. Unfortunately, very few are willing to stop and mess around with it long after they're done with the vehicle in-game.

If you're one of those few, you're in luck! The Chieftain stands ready to give you a tour of the real thing. Of course, anyone who's interested in tanks are also welcome to join in.
