It's been a great year for Tanks in 2021 across the entire APAC region. We'd like to celebrate and finish off the year with some style and flair, by inviting you to participate in the Holiday Showdown Throwdown 7v7 community tournament!

The event will be hosted by Community Contributor CJHunt and the Wargaming Asia team, and is open to everyone from the APAC region, so bring along your friends and fellow commanders to compete on the battlefield and win up to 14,000 per team and eight Small Boxes per player!

In addition, the tournament will be streamed on Sunday, December 19 with Twitch Drops enabled, so everyone can join in the fun. Be sure to tune in to cheer on your favourite players!

Tournament Information

Maximum Tier Points: 68
Maximum Tank Tier: X (check the Discord #banned-tanks channel for a full list of vehicles which are not permitted)
Team Roster: 7 players + 1 reserve
Game Mode: Attack/Defense
Group Stage: Round Robin BO2 (top 2 teams advance)
Playoffs: Single Elimination BO3
Finals: Single Elimination BO5
Map Pool: Himmelsdorf, Steppes, Tundra, Sand River, Prokhorovka
Prizes
- 1st place: 8 Small Boxes (per player) + 14,000 per team
- 2nd place: 6 Small Boxes (per player) + 7,000 per team
- 3rd & 4th place: 4 Small Boxes (per player) + 5,250 per team
- 5th - 8th place: 3,500 per team
- 9th - 16th place: 1,750 per team
- All participants: 1x Ten-Reindeerpower Maybach decal

Please read this carefully before registration!

Rewards will only be given to players who have participated in at least 1 battle during the tournament.
Captains MUST confirm their team's lineup to validate their registration; teams that have not confirmed their lineups by the end of the registration period will not be able to participate in the tournament or receive prizes.
Prizes will be credited within 2 weeks (10 working days) of the end of the tournament.
Wargaming Asia may choose to terminate the contest/event or change/reassign the prize at any time without notice.
In addition, Wargaming Asia reserves the right to disqualify players who do not comply with official Wargaming rules and tournament regulations, or those who seek to abuse the mechanics of the tournament. Wargaming Asia may also spectate any tournament battles at its discretion.
