Tournament regulations
Group Stage:
Total of 8 teams participates in the tournament's group stage.
2 teams, Bench and XAXAXAXA are directly invited to the group stage based on their recent performance on APAC Onslaught Minor S2 #3
6 teams from qualification stage
The invited 2 teams are placed in different groups,
The remaining teams are distributed based on their seedings from placings in qualification stage.
Teams are distributed into 2 groups of 4 teams each. The group stage is played in 3 rounds;
once the first stage ends, points earned in all rounds are summed up.
Two round-robin format groups
All teams play each other once
All matches are Bo7
Teams receive 4 points for winning, 3 for a tie-breaker win and 1 for a tie-breaker defeat.
Ties are resolved via H2H
Top 3 teams from each group proceed to the Playoffs
Top 2 team from each group are placed into the Upper Bracket semifinals.
Third place teams from each group are placed into the Lower Bracket
Fourth place teams from each group are eliminated
Group Stage maps are:
1st Match: Himmelsdorf, Cliff, Ghost Town, Murovanka
2nd Match: Studzianki, Ensk, Prokhorovka, Pilsen
3rd Match: Murovanka, Westfield, Pilsen, Cliff
Playoffs:
6 Teams participate the tournaments Playoffs stage.
• 4 teams placed 1st and 2nd in the group stage.
• 2 teams placed 3rd in the group stage.
Seeding – 1st placed teams of the groups will face the 2nd placed teams of the other groups.
The third placed teams will start from the lower bracket (Match 3 and Match 4)
• The losing teams of Match 1 and 2 will be assigned to the matches 3 and 4 of the lower bracket (L1 -> Match3, L2 -> Match 4).
• The 3rd placed team of each group plays against the loser of the match in which the 1st placed team in the same group played.
The playoff stage is conducted following the playoff format.
• Day 1: Match 1 – 4 (All matches bo9)
• Day 2: Match 5 – 8 (All matches bo9 except Bo11 for the Final Match)
In case of TB, spawns are chosen by the following:
- the team with the quickest victory
- the team with the highest total damage in a single battle,
decides the spawn side for the Tiebreaker map
Picks and Bans for the Playoffs will follow the Pick&Ban rule on the tournament discord.
Roster Changes available up to 3 players per team on transition from Group Stage to playoffs
and must be messaged to tournament organizers 24hrs before playoffs stage commences .
- Game Restarts for playoffs
• Game Restarts can be requested by Team Captains in case of technical issues
• Game Restarts will be available only once per each team in a series
• To Request a restart, you must message the respective admin on discord to notify them (In-Game Chat does not work, please message on discord)
• Game Restarts will be only accepted if the request was made during the in-game countdown phase
- Replays
Every player must submit their replays of every game they play in playoff stage.
Rewards will be only given out to players who have submitted their replays.
