[Updated] Win A Trip To Seoul To Catch The WGL APAC Season I Finals 2015-2016!

It’s been a long, hard road to the top for our Gold Series teams. Will you be joining them on their journey? Take part in The Road to Seoul tournament to win a trip there, and view the WGL APAC Season I Finals 2015-2016 live!

Tournament: The Road to Seoul

Teams of 3 will battle it out in a Single Elimination Tournament. The top 8 teams will receive 2,000 gold per member, and the champion team will face off against the Wargaming eSports team for the grand prize!

The final match between the champion team and the WG eSports team will be streamed live on Wargaming On Air on 7^th August @ 8pm UTC+8. Return to this page at the appointed time to watch it live in the embedded player below!

Tournament Rules

• Maximum players per team: 3
• Maximum vehicle Tier: 8
• Total Tier points available per team: 23
• Game mode: Attack/Defense mode, Best-of-3 Series, Single Elimination
• Total Available slots for tournament: 1024 teams
• Map pool: Mines; Lakeville; Ruinberg; Ghost Town; Himmelsdorf; Steppes
• Tournament dates: 1^st, 2^nd and 7^th August 2015
• Final battle between 1st place team and WG eSports team will take place 7^th August Friday, 20:00 UTC +8 (12:00 UTC) with live stream
• The Team Captain of the winning team must send the following details to esports-asia@wargaming.net by 4^th August, Tuesday 22:00 UTC+8 (14:00 UTC):
• Skype contact
• e-mail address
• Team logo at least 600x600 pixels in PNG format
• Full & valid passport scans of all team members (3 persons)

Prizes

• Top 8 teams (awarded per member): 2,000
• Prize for defeating the WG eSports team:
• Return flights to Seoul for all champion team members (3 persons)
• 3 tickets to the WGL APAC Season I Finals 2015-2016
• Triple-sharing accommodation in Seoul

Terms and Conditions

• Gold Series teams are not eligible to enter this tournament.
• IMPORTANT: Players must apply for and process the necessary visas on their own. Wargaming Asia will refund the visa application fee, but ONLY upon production of a valid receipt. If players fail to process their visas, have their visa applications rejected, or do not possess a passport with a minimum of 6 months’ validity at time of flight, there will be NO compensation provided in terms of cash or premiums, and the prize may be reassigned with no compensation at Wargaming Asia’s discretion.
• Players have to be 18 and above to participate.
• No substituting of travellers allowed – the original 3 players in the team must be the ones travelling.
• Winners listed in the results announcement are final. Disputes will not be entertained.
• Wargaming Asia may choose to terminate the contest/event or change/reassign the prize at any time without notice.
• In addition, Wargaming Asia reserves the right to disqualify players who do not comply with the applicable tournament rules, or those who seek to abuse the mechanics of the tournament.
