TOURNAMENT MATCH GUIDE

Picking up from where we left off last Season, our mischievous light tank specialist Arlette is preparing to take on her responsibilities as the new team captain of the Gun Striders. Will she be able to handle the paperwork, discipline, and management that her role requires? And more importantly, can she re-forge a harmonious team out of the shattered fragments of the past?

Week 3: It's Business Time

The boring stuffy meetings are finally over! It’s time to get down to REAL business – training! Arlette can’t wait, and she’s prepared some new training drills for the team. But as she soon finds, you can’t please everyone (or sometimes, anyone)…

Arlette: Gather round, guys! Today we’re doing speed tests!

 Nikolai: Speed tests?!

Arlette: Yup, from here to the mountain and back.

 Klara: To the mountain?!

Arlette (nodding): Let’s try to keep each lap under 20 seconds at least.

Elenor: Did you just say ‘each lap’?!

Arlette: You’ll be doing 50 laps before lunch. Then 70 before dinner, to work up a good appetite.

Mikhail (frowning): And what purpose is this ridiculous training supposed to serve? Our machines aren’t all built for speed, you know.

Arlette: That’s why we need to train extra hard! So we can run circles around our enemies on the battlefield!

Klara: … Is that why I see training drones set up on the field?

Arlette: Exactly! I figured you could use a little extra motivation. Other than the fact that you won’t be getting your meals today if you finish last!

Elenor: That’s crazy! (ducking a shot from a drone) And why are the drones already firing on us?

Arlette (grinning): They won’t stop till the 50 laps are done. So I suggest you GET MOVING!

In this week’s tournament, team captains may submit their Detailed Battle Report screenshots to eSports-Asia@wargaming.net for a chance to win Coated Optics for their entire team! Only reports on this tournament’s matches will be accepted, and entries close 25 Jul 2017, Tuesday, 22:00 UTC +8.
