The Rise of the Tier Xs!

They say it’s a long, long way up the tech tree to Tier X – not everyone will make it there. Only the strongest, fastest and sharpest shooters can survive amongst the battle-hardened veterans of this tier, for this is where the flames of war burn brightest. Or is it? Watch WGL Asia’s star players take on the new Tier X Format, and share your views with us on the forum to win yourself some gold.

Here are the 3 new Tier X Formats that will be featured:

Test 1

• Format: 7/68, BO6
• Map Pool: Mines, Lakeville, Ruinberg, Himmelsdorf, Steppes, Ghost Town

Test 2

• Format: 7/70, BO6
• Map Pool: Mines, Lakeville, Ruinberg, Himmelsdorf, Steppes, Ghost Town
• Each tank may only be selected twice
• Each tank class may only be selected thrice

Test 3

• Format: 7/70, BO6
• Map Pool: Mines, Lakeville, Ruinberg, Himmelsdorf, Steppes, Ghost Town
• Each tank may only be selected once
• Teams take turns picking tanks
• No tank bans
• Tank picks can be seen by opponents
• Teams have 30 seconds to pick their tanks
• Tank line-up lasts until sides are switched; up to 1 tank may be changed between games

• Participation in this contest is open to all languages.
• Entries from all countries will be collated; winners whose entries are submitted along with their IGN clearly stated will be selected from the combined pool of entries for each of the categories stated above. Judges’ decisions are final and disputes will not be entertained.
• Participants MUST have an active World of Tanks Asia account in order to receive the prize.
• Only ONE entry per IGN is permitted. Players submitting multiple entries will be disqualified from the contest.
• Players are responsible for providing the correct details in their entry; Wargaming Asia reserves the right to reassign the prizes if winners' details are incorrect.
• All entries submitted for the contest automatically become the property of Wargaming Asia.
• Wargaming Asia reserves the right to terminate the contest/event or change/reassign the prize at any time without notice.
• Wargaming Asia may choose to disqualify entries that contain obscene, offensive, or inappropriate content, those that do not comply with the applicable contest/event rules, or those that seek to abuse the mechanics of the contest/event.
