From March 16 until March 20, you can use a special XP conversion rate, collect bonus XP, and enjoy discounts on in-game items like customizations, equipment, Regular Tier VI–X vehicles, and more. It wouldn't be St. Patty's Day without a happy hour, and we have one for four hours each day, where you can complete missions and earn even more bonus XP and Crew XP! Amazing XP to Free XP Conversion Rate

Available from March 16 at 13:00 UTC+8 through March 20 at 13:00 UTC+8

Free XP is a special kind of universal XP. It can be used to research standard vehicles and modules, as well as to accelerate crew training. After each battle, 5% of the XP you earned is converted into Free XP. Better yet, the XP of Elite and Premium vehicles can also be converted into Free XP.

Use the extra-high discount to convert XP into Free XP for gold (1 = 25 40) and unlock modules or standard vehicles at a discount!

XP Bonus & Discounts

Available from March 16 at 13:00 UTC+8 through March 20 at 13:00 UTC+8

  • ×5 XP for the first daily win

  • 50% gold discount on customizations

  • 50% credits discount on equipment

  • 50% credits discount on consumables

On four consecutive days for four hours each day, you can rack-up extra XP and Crew XP by completing special Happy Hour Good Luck missions. Each task is repeatable, so take full advantage of this opportunity to boost your earnings!

Twitch Drops

Available from March 16 at 21:00 UTC+8 through March 20 at 13:00 UTC+8

The event rewards a unique currency, WoT-branded stamps, for completing special Lucky Day missions, but you can also grab extra stamps via drops by watching Twitch Streams. Tune in to any of our community contributors, as they'll have special Twitch Drops enabled. The longer you watch one of the participating channels, the more stamps you can claim. Watching for a total of four hours nets a total of 9 stamps, which you can use to purchase items in a special in-game store. To enter the store, simply go to the Depot from your Garage, and open the St. Patrick's Homefront Supplies section. The store is open from March 16 at 13:00 UTC+8 until March 24 at 13:00 UTC+8.

How to Earn Twitch Drops

Twitch Drops are in-game rewards credited to those who tune in to special Twitch streams; you can find out more about how to earn them here. To be eligible, you need to link your Wargaming.net and Twitch accounts.

  1. Go to your Wargaming Account management page
  2. Click the Twitch Button on the right
  3. Authorize the connection on the next page
  4. After successfully connecting the accounts, you will see Twitch as a linked platform in your Wargaming account settings. You'll also see Wargaming.net in your Twitch account settings.

If you don't have a Twitch account yet, you can create one here.


Once you have linked your accounts, all you need to do for a chance to get these rewards is watch designated World of Tanks Twitch streams with "Drops enabled". You can check your personal Twitch inventory to find out which Drops you've unlocked, or to claim your Drop rewards.

Remember: During the Green Light event, you can purchase Emerald Boxes in the in-game Store and the Premium Shop—in bundles with 5, 15, 50, or 75 boxes and an equal number of battle missions for x5 XP.
