3rd Anniversary Player Gathering: Singapore [UPDATE]

Last week, we revealed our plans to have a joint Player Gathering for both Malaysia and Singapore to celebrate the 3rd Anniversary of World of Tanks Asia. Based on the overwhelming amount of feedback from our players in Singapore however, we've decided to split the event into two venues; one in Kuala Lumpur (the original location), and one in Singapore itself!

Prawning towards victory!

If you've been prawning before in Singapore, you'd know that the exhilaration and joy you get from every catch is pretty much like winning a battle in World of Tanks.

Therefore, it's no surprise that we've secured a booking for a prawning location in Singapore for our next Player Gathering.

Activity List

It's to be expected that lots of prawning action will take place at the event, but that's not all there is to it. Here's a full list of stuff you can expect to partake in on 25th April:

• 09:30 - 10:00 - Registration and Briefing
• All players that have RSVPed prior to the event will receive a T-shirt and a 800bonus code upon registration!
• Each player will only be allowed to redeem ONE set of T-shirt and code. Players are not allowed to redeem on behalf of another player.
• A briefing about the event's activities will follow after registration.
• 10:00 - 12:30 - Prawn for Gold!
• Players will be assigned by event staff into 5 teams. These teams will be named after the 5 different vehicle types in World of Tanks: LT, MT, HT, TD and SPG.
• The team that catches the most prawns at the end of the activity will receive 300!
• Catch tagged prawns for extra gold rewards; each tagged prawn caught will net your team an additional 100.

• IMPORTANT: Fish hooks can cause serious injury to other players if handled incorrectly. Please observe safety instructions given during the briefing and be aware of your surroundings at all times.

• 10:00 - 13:00 - Buffet
• The buffet catered for the event will begin at the same time as the prawning activity. Take a break from catching prawns to snack on the food, or have a good meal while cheering your team on!
• 12:30 - 12:40 - Tabulation of Results
• The prawning contest will cease and the judges will begin assessing the scores for each team.
• 12:40 - 13:00 - BBQ/Lucky Draw/Announcement of Winners
  
  • Hope you didn't eat your fill at the buffet, because we're following it up with some BBQ! Players can retrieve their caught prawns to put them on the grill after the results are tabulated.
  • Winners of the prawning contest will be announced at this time. Please note that all bonus gold prizes will be credited to your accounts within 2 weeks after the event.
  • A Lucky Draw will also be held to round things up. Expect to win the following:
