Perks and skills were unified into perks that work from the start and become more effective as the level of major qualification increases. Also, several quality-of-life updates were implemented. More detail - Update 1.18.1 (Affective date: 10 October 2022)
The Sixth Sense perk became a special commander feature. This means that it will always be available for all crew commanders in the game, and you will no longer need to train it. More detail

It's Vondle here again with the second installment in our new "WoT to Know" series, with this video focusing on tank crews.
