Updated Domination Event Mode in Update 9.10 Common Test

The Common Test server for Update 9.10 is now live. Included with the multitude of additions and changes is the newest version of the Rampage event, which as you might know has made several appearances in the live servers already.

WIth new features and rule modifications to the event mode, the Rampage event mode promises to be the most entertaining one yet! Take a look at the detailed regulations below to learn more.

Update 9.10 Rampage Event

In the Update 9.10 Common Test, the Rampage event will comprise of two game modes: Steel Hunt and Domination.

Selecting Game Modes

  1. Go to the Battle Mode drop-down selector and select the new 'Rampage' mode.
  2. Click on the desired game mode (Steel Hunt or Domination) to choose it.
  3. Select your preferred vehicles for the battle and wait for the organizer's command.

 

Steel Hunt

Description of Mode

  1. Each battle lasts for up to 15 minutes.
  2. The number of players in battle depends on the battle mode and map:
    1. Mixed mode—both Platoons and solo players fight in battle.
      1. Four teams, 3 players each;
      2. Four solo players.
    2. Platoon battle—four teams, three players each.
  3. Players can only select vehicles from their Garage for battle.
    1. Up to three vehicles are selected for battle; only Tier X vehicles are allowed.
  4. If the player's vehicle is destroyed in battle, the player respawns after some time; the number of respawns is unlimited.
  5. Flags are positioned on the event map. Interaction with flags depends on whether the player is a Platoon member or a solo player.
    1. Platoon member—players need to capture flags by driving over them and deliver them to their base.
    2. Solo players—players need to destroy flags by driving over them.
  6. Goal in battle—to earn a specified amount of victory points (point cap) before the battle time runs out. Each mode has its own point cap:
    1. Mixed mode—750
    2. Platoon battle—750
    3. FFA—200
  7. Battle ends, if battle time runs out or players reach point cap.
  8. Victory points are earned for the following actions:
    1. Destroying an enemy vehicle.
    2. Delivering a flag to the base.
    3. Dealing damage to an enemy vehicle.

Gameplay Details

Respawns

  1. Players' vehicles will respawn in the respawn area of their team. Although unlimited, the respawn time will increase as more tanks are destroyed.
  2. When the player's vehicle is destroyed, they are prompted to select another vehicle (out of the vehicles selected for the battle) to return to battle.
  3. A destroyed vehicle is unavailable for selection for some time. The time is counted only in the vehicle selection screen.
All vehicles used in the test should be equipped as described below.
Vehicles allowed for battle within the event—Tier X vehicles:
  • The player can select 1-3 Tier X vehicles for battle.
  • The number of vehicles selected does not affect the player's team (irrespective of whether it is a solo player or a Platoon member).
  • All vehicles owned by players and selected for the battle must be ready for the battle (fully repaired, ammunition stocked).

Flags

  1. Flags are positioned on the map (flag quantity depends on the map and the mode); in battle, players need to capture flags and deliver them to their base.
    1. The base, to which flags have to be delivered, is marked in green on the map.
  2. To capture a flag, the player has to drive over it.
  3. Once a Platoon member has captured a flag, they have to deliver it to their delivery zone.
  4. Solo players earn victory points for destroying flags. To destroy a flag, the player has to drive over it.
  5. Once a flag has been delivered to base, it respawns at a special flag respawn area after some time.
  6. If a player carrying a flag is destroyed, the flag is dropped on the ground, and during some time another player can pick it up. If the flag is not picked up during that time, it returns to the standard flag respawn area, from which it was previously captured.

Map

  1. Number of players on the map depends on the mode of the event and the map selected by the matchmaker.
  2. Several repair zones are placed on the map, where players can repair their vehicles and resupply consumables. To do so, the player has to drive inside a repair zone and wait for some time.
  3. Team players need to capture flags and deliver them to flag delivery zones near the respawn point of their team.

Preparation of Vehicles for Test:

Ammunition
  • Premium ammunition is allowed.
Equipment
  • Players are allowed to use any equipment.
  • Players are allowed to use any consumables.
  • Camouflage, inscriptions, and emblems are available.

 

Domination

  1. Each battle lasts for up to 15 minutes.
  2. The number of players in battle depends on the map:
    1. four maps with 10 players on each team.
    2. four maps with 15 players on each team.
  3. Players can only select vehicles from their Garage for battle.
    1. Players select three or more Tier VIII-X vehicles for battle, one of which must be a Tier X vehicle.
  4. If a vehicle is destroyed, it is unavailable for selection until the end of battle.
  5. The goal in battle is to earn a certain amount of victory points (point cap) before the battle time runs out. Each map has its own point cap:
    1. 10х10 map—600
    2. 15х15 map—900
  6. The battle ends if battle time runs out or players reach point cap.
  7. Victory points are earned for the following actions:
    1. Destroying an enemy vehicle.
    2. Delivering a flag to the base.
    3. Dealing damage to an enemy vehicle.
