An old French friend of ours is back and better than ever. Welcome back the Lorraine 40 t!

Here's what's new about this vehicle:

1. In its new form, the Lorraine 40 t is the first Tier VIII premium vehicle with a magazine loading system. This type of loading system allows users to deal massive amounts of damage in a short period of time. Fans of vehicles with magazines will appreciate this medium tank for its familiar play style. Also, being a premium tank, it provides bonuses to credit and EXP income, allowing you to train your crews much faster. On the other hand, less experienced players can play in the Lorraine 40 t and learn how to play vehicles with magazine loaders.
2. Mobility: this medium tank drives pretty fast on a battlefield. The combination of excellent mobility and high firepower of the gun with magazine loading system makes the Lorraine 40t a perfect support vehicle: it can make full use of its high damage potential provided it is in the right place at the right time.
3. High penetration of the standard shell: The Lorraine 40 t has the highest penetration characteristics among all Premium Tier VIII medium tanks: 232 mm. This tank can successfully fight against both Tier VIII and other vehicles of higher tier.
4. Decent gun depression/elevation angles. The -8 depression/elevation angle allows this vehicle to shoot from behind the slope of a hill, which protect's the tank's hull and conserves valuable hit points.
5. The Lorraine 40 t crew can be transferred to the Bat.-Châtillon 25 t medium tank. This means that the Lorraine 40 t can be used to effectively and efficiently train crew members for later use on the famous Tier X French medium tank.
6. Weak armour: Like any other tank, this vehicle has its weaknesses too, and users must be aware of them to play it well. This tank basically has no armour. For this reason, the Lorraine 40 t must be used very carefully, with actions planned far in advance. Caution will keep you alive in battle.
7. Large dimensions. In addition to weak armor, Lorrain 40 t has pretty large dimensions, making this medium tank a pretty easy target to fire at. Try to use its gun depression/elevation angles and stay away from the enemy fire.
