1. Size

The first thing you will notice about the ELC EVEN 90 is that it is tiny, which makes it hard to hit while on the move and enables it to easily hide behind cover... or other tanks.

This vehicle can easily reach 70 km/h, although it will take a little longer than in a sports car. This enables it to easily get into and out of vantage points.

It has the potential to do 660 damage in a short time, which it should use to finish off weakened enemies with a few quick shots to their sides and rear.

This vehicle is best employed as a scout that can also sneak around and pick off stragglers on the enemy team with low HP. It is not effective when fighting head-to-head.

5. Concealment

The most important aspect of the ELC EVEN 90 is its amazing concealment rating. Your opponents will often be left wondering who keeps spotting and shooting at them, and they will find it difficult to spot you unless they're right in front of you.

To make it any stealthier, you'd have to cover it in a cardboard box.
