The Assembly Shop is opening once again—and this time, it's bringing something truly special to the battlefield. Introducing the Gryphon, a brand-new Tier X British heavy tank equipped with a two-shell reverse autoreloader. This vehicle combines decent mobility for a heavy, a unique gun with great handling and depression levels, and turret armor for terrain-dominated combat.

On top of that, every assembled Gryphon comes with the striking "Lion and Eagle" 3D style and an exclusive number!

Keep reading to get all the details on how you can claim the Gryphon.

Assembly Shop

Once the Assembly Shop opens, it's first come, first served—so be ready when the gates part! The event may finish early if all vehicles are assembled before the scheduled end time.

How the Assembly Shop Works

Here's a quick refresher on how you can get your hands on this new beast:

  • Invest Resources: Exchange in-game resources like blueprint fragments, Free XP, credits, gold, and bonds to construct the Gryphon.
  • Receive the Complete Bundle: Only 8,500 are available this time, but every Gryphon comes with its own unique numbered 3D style. You won't want to miss out on the style, so get yours while supplies last.
  • Limited Quantity: Only a set number of Gryphons will be available. Once they're gone, they're gone!

Mix and Match Resources in Different Ratios

Plan your strategy ahead of time. Use our Resource Calculator to find the most efficient combination of assets available to you for assembling the Gryphon.

Key Features

  • Smart Firepower: The Gryphon's 420-alpha, two-shell reverse autoreloader gives you options. Unleash both shells for a quick burst to punish exposed enemies, and then keep poking with single shots. The unique gun mechanic loads the first shell faster than the second, so you can easily maintain a constant damage output.
  • Hold the High Ground: Equipped with a strong turret and generous gun depression, the Gryphon excels at ridgeline engagements. Its small turret profile minimizes exposure while the hull remains protected behind cover.
  • Heavy by Name, Agile by Nature: With mobility that rivals slower mediums, the Gryphon can relocate quickly, outmaneuver bulkier heavies, and even join medium packs when needed. This versatility opens up new flanking options and support roles.

Tactical Tips

  • Master Your Gunplay: Open with a double-shot burst to surprise and overwhelm your first target, then keep up the pressure by switching to cyclic single shots. The inverse mechanic reloads the first faster than the second, so there is no need to wait if the situation allows you to chip away at enemy armor. Once the battlefield calms down, reload both shells and prepare to repeat the punishment on your next unsuspecting foe.
  • Terrain Is Your Armor: Your hull is vulnerable, but your turret can hold up in the right positions. Stick to ridgelines, slopes, and uneven ground where you can hide your lower plate and use that gun depression to peek and punish.
  • Play the Role Your Team Needs: In some matches, you will anchor a flank like a true heavy tank. In others, you will roll across the map with mediums, outpacing enemy heavies and supporting breakthroughs. Use your mobility to switch gears fast and carry late games or shift pressure points. But don't get overconfident! You are still a heavy at heart, and diving too deep can cost you.

The Gryphon is exclusive to this Assembly Shop event, so don't miss your chance to add this versatile British heavy autoreloader to your collection. Craft it while supplies last and rule the ridgelines as the king of the hill.

Roll Out!
