We've featured heavy tanks and SPGs in the last few weeks, but now it's time for medium tanks to enter the scene. Although these vehicles are weaker than the better-armoured heavy tank, they possess the ability to flank the opponent at a moment's notice while still retaining enough protection to survive a few stray shots.

Never tried a medium tank in all your time with World of Tanks? This week's a good time to start. Besides the multitude of discounts available for MTs, you'll also have access to missions designed specially for these vehicles, which will reward you with Tokens that can be redeemed for a one-day test drive of the Japanese STA-2.

Win a battle while fulfilling the following conditions:

Use a medium tank, except:

Tier X MT Leopard 1 (D)
Tier X MT Bat. Chatillon 25t (D)

Deal at least 1,200 damage

Rewards:

x1.5 Crew EXP
1x Medium Tank Token

Mission: Watch your flank #1

Complete Mission: Flank them! 20 times.

Rewards:
