The M4A3E8 Thunderbolt VII was the tank under the command of then-Lt. Colonel Creighton Abrams during WW2. Abrams led his unit to victory against German forces that had superior firepower and armour, earning the Distinguished Service Cross twice. He later went on to become a General and Chief of Staff in the United States Armed Forces.

Fun Fact: The main battle tank of the United States Armed Forces, the M1 Abrams, is named after General Abrams.

The M46 Patton KR is also available in this edition of the Collector's Gem series, in commemoration of the Republic of Korea's Independence Day. This vehicle was one of the main battle tanks that fought in the Korean War.
