Patchnotes

• Fixed the issue of the aiming circle moving upward in Sniper Aim for Japanese tanks equipped with hydropneumatic suspension.
• The technical cost of the Nomad vehicle has been updated to 8,900. The vehicle can be added to the vehicle comparison screen.
• Fixed some localization issues.
