We have recently conducted an in-depth study and identified a need to apply exchange rate adjustments in the Premium Shop. Since the last set of price reductions in October 2020, we have not changed local currency prices in the region. This has also meant that the discounts players enjoyed were affected by currency exchange trends, both positively and negatively depending on country. To combat these trends, we will change the way we control regional pricing from manually setting prices in regional currencies (disregarding exchange rates), and instead manually set the discount levels for each of those currencies.
As a result, you may notice an increase or decrease in pricing, depending on your country of residence. However, please rest assured we remain committed to keeping our game content accessible to our players from all over APAC, and that our prices have remained consistent since October 2020.
We value your support and engagement with all our games, and will continue to monitor and periodically revise our products to better reflect the reality of local markets.
