How to Request an Exchange

1. Create a Customer Support ticket here (Note: requires login)
   
2. Type in your request in the following format:
   
   "I would like to request to swap my current Rheinmetall Skorpion G to the Rheinmetall Skorpion.
   I agree and understand that this is a one time offer which cannot be reversed."

Our Offer

• A free swap from the  VIII Rheinmetall Skorpion G   to the Rheinmetall Skorpion.
• All Equipment and Consumables will be moved to the Depot.
• Crews will automatically be moved to the barracks

Exchange Rules

• Requests will be processed in batches starting from 08 March, 2019 - please wait patiently for yours to complete.
• The statistics of the original  VIII Rheinmetall Skorpion G will stay in your Service Record.
• This is a one-time offer which cannot be reversed.
