Tank Commanders,

These champions from Japan aren't too impressed about the Gold Series. Team Charlotte Tiger has their eyes on the main prize - the Grand Finals. Full of confidence, they're looking forward to meeting ARETE during the final showdown.

Here's their interview:

Charlotte Tiger

WG: How do you feel about qualifying for the Gold Series and being in the lineup for a shot at the Grand Finals?

Charlotte Tiger: We are not so excited about taking part of Gold Series. This is a start line. To go to the Grand Finals.

WG: What is your main focus now that you’re in the Gold Series?

Charlotte TigerOur main focus is to WIN. A bad win is far more better than a nice lose.

WG: How would you describe your team’s play style?

Charlotte TigerWe are CAMPERS. Yes, we really are campers. Actually, I thought of naming this team "CAMPERS" – though our camp may contain some things offensive.

WG: Which team in the Gold Series do you feel is your biggest competitor?

Charlotte TigerOur purpose is not play in the Gold League. We want to win the Grand Finals. The biggest competitor to us is ARETE, the top team of Korea whom we will meet in Grand Finals.

WG: How well do you think your team can do in the tournament?

Charlotte Tiger: I honestly think we are one of the best. All the Gold teams think that way I suppose.

WG: Do you feel that the team is at its peak or are there more improvements you’d like to work on?

Charlotte Tiger: World of Tanks is the game about tactics and teamwork. In goals, there is a limit. In teamwork there is no limit. We have a lot of things to work on in order to be a stronger team.

WG: How do you go about preparing for a match? Do you spectate or watch any replays of the other teams?

Charlotte TigerWe research a lot. Research and training and research and training. Miles make champions.

WG: Where will we be seeing more of the team in the future? Are you planning on taking part in more tournaments hosted by Wargaming?

Charlotte Tiger: If there is a 7/42 we go. If there is no 7/42, we think twice.
