Draw Rule:

If no teams score a victory condition. Both teams are automatically defeated

Registration Limit:

Should a tier tournament have maximum registration (E.g. Edelweiss with 128 teams) the remaining teams will have their registration designated to other tier tournament (Nameless) or vice versa!
