[MY] Training Camp & Community Gathering: Penang

Malaysian Tank Commanders!

So far, we've held one Training Camp & Community Gathering in the country and finishing up preparations for the second one. If you were one of the players who found the time to join us at the event held at Petaling Jaya - thank you for your participation! We'll make sure the one held in Johor next week will be as good, if not better than expected.

But that doesn't mean we'll be stopping at two, as we're moving up to the north for our third Training Camp & Community Gathering. If you're staying in Penang or somewhere close by, this one is for you!

Community Gathering for Food and Fun

Remember Grubfest, Wargaming Gathering and the recent 2nd Anniversary Party? That's right, we're getting everyone together again for a little outing just like those times!

Lunch will definitely be served, although it will be a late one (the event starts proper at 3.30PM or so). You can definitely grab a bite before you head over to the venue, but don't eat too much too fast - there's more waiting for you here!

We'll also have a short mini-activities session to relax a little after the meal to round off the Community Gathering portion of the event. But that's not all we have on offer, of course - if the rest of your day is free of any other commitments, we'd like you to stay on for some training with tanks!

World of Tanks Training Camp

The Training Camp is set up for players of any skill level to learn new tips and improve themselves in the game. You won't be left figuring out what to do on your own, either - at our Camp, we'll have experienced tank commanders and Wargaming staff available to offer classes that cover almost every aspect of a battle in the game, from tank basics to engaging specific enemy lineups. We'll also guide you through the various maps you'll encounter from time to time so you know what to expect as soon as you load it up.

No question is too dumb to answer for us. Want to know just how spotting works? The best places to hide as a TD? Ask around, and you'll definitely have your answer!

Mini Tournament

What's the point of a training camp when you can't make use of what you learned? We agree - that's why we're also including a mini-tournament for all interested parties after the training session. Group up and head out - you just might be the champion!
