We've received reports that many players have been unable to redeem their rewards before the announced cut-off date. We apologize for these errors, and we're determined to help affected players redeem their rewards.
Here are the regulations for affected players:
- Players can only receive rewards if they accrued enough tokens during the event.
- Only one reward can be redeemed per tier.
- A maximum of 5 rewards can be applied to your account.
- The redemption period for affected players will be available until 15 December, 2019 (19:20 UTC+8).
