Welcome back to the Collector's Gem of the Week sale!

This week, have a look at the FV201 (A45). Its last appearance was almost exactly a year ago, so it's safe to say that you won't be seeing it on sale again anytime soon after this one.

The FV201 (A45) comes packaged in a bundle that also includes a garage slot, several Personal Reserves that boost your Crew EXP intake, a total of 15 opportunities for getting a x5 First Victory EXP bonus with the tank and some gold.

Why should I get the FV201 (A45)?

At first glance, the FV201 (A45) doesn't look like much. Unimpressive armour (for a heavy tank), a gun with middling alpha damage and a relatively sluggish frame would be the hardcore player's first conclusion.

However, that's only half the story told. In return for these shortcomings, the tank receives a decent 1,500 HP, a well-armoured turret front and a fast firing rate, the latter being a hallmark of its British pedigree. When it's top-tier in battle, the FV201 (A45) can be a decent tip of the spear. Patience is advised while waiting for such an opportunity to arrive, however.

Appearance-wise, the FV201 (A45) does seem to resemble a tiny Caernarvon or a mini Centurion, making for some fun times when brushing up against allies using the real thing!
