Tier V Fortress Bundle

The Churchill III is a Soviet tier 5 premium heavy tank.

The Churchill is one of the most popular tier 5 premium tanks, probably because of its rapid rate of fire, large hit point pool and good armor that can deflect shots from most tanks of its tier and lower. It fares best against light and medium tanks of tier 5 and below. A well-known feature of the Churchill III is that it generates large amounts of EXP, which makes the Churchill III a popular crew trainer.

Pros:
  • Armor is highly effective against tier 4s
  • Largest hitpoints pool of any tier 5 tank
  • Very high rate of fire, reasonably accurate even while moving
  • Frontal weakspots easily hidden by hull angling
  • Generates a high level of EXP, which speeds crew training
  • Cheap ammo and repair costs
  • Preferential matchmaking means it only sees up to Tier 6 battles
  • Very large ammo capacity
Cons:
  • Moves, accelerates, and rotates slowly
  • Low alpha damage
  • Barely-adequate penetration values
  • Poorly-protected turret
  • Mostly unsloped armor
  • Priority target for artillery
  • Gun reloads faster than it can aim

Fat Max Bundle

The Dicker Max is a German tier 6 premium tank destroyer.

The Dicker Max is the first in the Premium Tank Destroyer line of the German tree. It boasts a good ability to snipe tanks from distance, with the highest available view range and a gun accuracy that rivals that of the Panther guns and surprisingly good alpha damage for its tier. The Dicker Max also boasts the second best gun depression on the game, and its well able to reliably damage most enemies and only will struggle against tier 8 tanks.

Players using the D. Max should be aware that the tank will not survive HE shots or close fights, and its best used as a sniper/ambusher waiting for the enemy to get closer, it also has a somewhat decent camouflage value for its size and if equipped with camouflage module and crew training, it can become a serious threat for enemies closing in.

As a downside, It has a rather poor ammo capacity, a restrictive gun traverse and lacks the ability to quickly relocate should it need to. Overall the tank is a solid choice for those seeking a crew trainer and enjoy ambushing targets.

Pros:
  • Extreme gun depression, one of the best in the game
  • High alpha damage
  • Excellent DPM
  • Excellent view range for tier 6
  • Good camouflage
  • Small but well armored mantle that can even semi-reliably bounce shots from an 8.8 cm PaK 43 Jagtiger.
Cons:
  • Very thin armor, highly vulnerable to HE shells
  • Lowest HP pool of all tier 6 TDs
  • Poor acceleration and turning speed
  • Tall profile
  • Terrible elevation
  • High ammo cost at 600 credits every shot
  • Very low ammo capacity
  • Cant use a ventilation system with open hull
  • Camouflage worsens significantly each time you fire
  • open top=arty magnet

Great Shot Bundle

The 8,8 cm PaK 43 Jagdtiger is a German tier 8 premium tank destroyer.

This Tank Destroyer is a formidable opponent on the battlefield as its main gun has excellent accuracy and an extremely high rate of fire for this tier (5.5 second reload). At long range situations, with the vulnerable glacis plate hidden and the robust superstructure exposed, this Tank Destroyer can become a nightmare for equal tiers to penetrate. Its Tier IX Cousin the Jagdtiger has better mobility and firepower but this Tank has a formidable rate of fire and a slightly better hull traverse which renders it superior in movement. Unfortunately you share the Jagdtiger's Weaknesses too which is the vulnerable glacis plate and very weak side and rear armor. Keep at long range, avoid close combat, aim for the weakspots and you can be the deciding factor in the game.

Pros:
  • Very strong superstructure
  • Extremely precise gun that easily hits weakspots
  • Outstanding reload time and consequently DPM (2666 dpm base)
  • Ability to hull down
  • Excellent aiming time
  • Decent armor for tier 8
  • Excellent view range
  • Special matchmaking (as of 8.2) that makes tier 9 the highest it will face
  • Good amount of hit points
  • Thick tracks can absorb damage
  • Can engage multiple frontal targets easily - great for holding chokepoints
Cons:
  • Slow traverse speed
  • If "tracked" while going full speed, the momentum of such weight will turn the tank 90°, exposing its potentially thin sides.
  • Poor Alpha damage - can not compete with "peek-a-boo" tactics, and most halfway decent players won't just sit and let you shoot them repetitively
  • Can easily catch on fire if hit in the lower glacis, an issue of greater concern after the precision of all guns was improved in the 8.6 update.
  • Lower glacis plate is a known weakspot
  • Side armor is weak
  • Large superstructure combined with slow speed make this tank very easy for artillery to hit
  • Immobility combined with lack of turret make this tank have a huge lack of versatility. To perform well in this tank requires a competent team protecting your sides - which you won't find in public games
  • Driving this TD alone in random games is insane. You cant count on your team for side and rear protection
