[Contest] Join the Tank Factor!

Tank Commanders,

Music is a huge part of gaming, and we know there are tons of other talented musicians in our community. After recently teaming up with Sabaton and Akira Yamaoka, we wanted to get you all involved in being part of World of Tanks’ music and celebrate something that unites us all. We created the Tank Factor, where you can remix or cover the World of Tanks main theme.

Whether you’re a solo artist, DJ, rock group, folk band—whatever—as long as you love creating music, you can join in. All you have to do is send us your track, and you could be playing with fellow World of Tanks player and musician Akira Yamaoka live, on a huge stage at the biggest Wargaming community gathering—WG Fest in Moscow in December, as well as snag some awesome prizes along the way.

Tank Factor applications kick off September 21 until October 18. Read on below to find out what’s in store.

How to Participate

All you have to do is create a cover or remix of the World of Tanks theme. You can grab all the assets you’ll need on our dedicated website, as well learn more about the competition, judges, and prizes.

Joining legendary musician Akira Yamaoka in the judging process will be the World of Tanks Audio Team, specialists with decades of experience in crafting epic game music.

A cover is a live performance of an original variation of the World of Tanks main theme. If you’re an instrumental musician, then this is the category for you.

A remix is an electronic performance of the World of Tanks main theme, with the use of musical editing software. This category is great for DJs and electronic musicians.
