Featured Premium Tanks

KV-220

The KV-220 is a Tier 5 heavy tank from the Soviet Tech Tree.

Although it has low penetration and a weak gun, it has potential to be a serial killer in battle. Be familiarised with weak spots of other tanks and you'll have a great chance of dominating the enemy.

Its armour is strong on the front and sides. But when driving this tank, remember: "Arty hates you." They will find you, and they will shred you to ribbons. Angle yourself well and keep moving to avoid getting hit.

Pros:
  • Strong armour
  • Well-angled armour can bounce shots
  • Fast reload speed
  • Ramming techniques can be used
Cons:
  • Weak penetration against better-armoured foes
  • Low accuracy makes it bad at sniping
  • Weak damage

SU-85I

The SU-85I is a Soviet Tier V Premium Tank Destroyer. It has a heavily-armoured gun manlet, with good top speed and good signal range. It’s gun has poor penetration but has a stable amount of damage output.

It also happens to be the fastest USSR Premium Tank Destroyer that Gold can buy with a top speed of 50km/h. So if you're considering a USSR Tank Destroyer and speed is of concern, the SU-85I will be your best friend in battle!

Pros:
  • Good top speed
  • Good signal range
  • Good hull traverse speed allows it to turn well
  • Heavily-armoured gun manlet
  • Weight limit allows tank to use heavy equipment
Cons:
  • View range is not fantastic
  • Poor penetration
  • Tier VI-VII tanks can easily penetrate this tank

SU-100Y

The SU-100Y from the USSR is the stuff nightmares are made of. It has a very powerful 130mm gun which is extremely lethal on a tier 6 tank. If there are boss tanks to fight out there, this beast definitely qualifies. It may not be the fastest tier 6 Tank Destroyer, but it is easy to manoeuvre - which is great for tankers who are new to TDs.

As for the tank's weakness, be aware of your thin armour as many opponents will be able to down you quickly. The SU-100Y's signal range is not great either, so you will not be able to shoot well across tricky maps. But on the bright side, you won't have to worry too much about being chased by opponents. Fear will drive them away naturally with the exception of worthy opponents or the very foolish.

Pros:
  • Ranks high amongst Tier 6s for alpha damage
  • High HP for a Tier 6 Tank Destroyer
  • Engine allows it to reach its top speed quickly
  • Good manoeuvrability for a Tank Destroyer
Cons:
  • No bush is big enough for this tank to hide in
  • Very weak armour
  • Bad signal range

SU-122-44

The SU-122-44 from the USSR tech tree puts up a good fight with its deadly DPM. Like most TDs, this tier 7 has very weak armour, but compensates with its ability to deal an insane amount of damage. Experts of hide and seek will love this tank. This tank is definitely a sniper, so make full use of its camouflage potential and have fun killing tanks long before they see you.
Its top speed of 47 km/h allows your tank to move to ideal positions fairly quickly, but remember to avoid being detected at all costs. As a Tank Destroyer, a good offence is a good defence. Kill them before they kill you.
Pros:
  • Good alpha damage
  • Good top speed
  • Great hull traverse allows it to manoeuvre well
  • Fantastic rate of fire
  • Camouflages well
Cons:
  • Long aim time
  • Does not accelerate well
  • Slow turret traverse speed

IS-6

The IS-6 is a Tier VIII premium heavy tank which belongs to the Soviet tech tree. This tank has decent mobility for a Tier VIII heavy – especially when compared to the Löwe. It packs a punch with its high damage and can prove to be a lethal weapon in close proximity engagements. It has one of the highest DPM among Tier VIII premium heavy tanks.

It has thick, well-angled armour from the front & sides. Its weakness lies in the rear armour where the fuel tanks are located. But if you're careful enough to prevent exposing this area to your opponents, you'll be kicking up a storm with this vehicle on the battlefield.

Oh, and did we mention what a credit-maker this machine is?

Pros:
  • Second best damage-per-minute of the Tier VIII premium heavy tanks, after the KV-5
  • Good alpha damage
  • Preferential matchmaking (Tier IX maximum)
  • Thick, well-angled armour from the front and sides
  • Good credit profitability
  • Decent mobility for a Tier VIII premium heavy tank – especially when compared to the Löwe
Cons:
  • Low ammunition capacity
  • Below average gun penetration
  • Terrible accuracy and aim time

KV-5

The KV-5 is a Tier VIII heavy from the Soviet tech tree. It has a strong hull and turret armor. This makes the KV-5 a good choice for ramming strategies. If taking down an opponent's tank like a heavy-weight wrestling champion is your idea of fun, send this metal monster to your garage!

Although the KV-5 can run up to 40km/h, it needs space to execute ramming techniques. Also, beware of vehicles from higher tiers as the KV-5 cannot penetrate armor beyond 125-209mm.

Get the KV-5 if you strongly value a good defence and a tank's credit-earning capability.

Pros:
  • Strong hull and turret armor
  • Can take a lot of damage
  • Decent speed for a heavy tank
  • High HP
  • Earns a high amount of credits
  • Good rate of fire
Cons:
  • Large size makes it a challenge to find proper hiding spots
  • Low penetration for its tier
  • Slow turret traverse

Pz.Kpfw. S35 739 (f)

The PzKpfw S35 739 (f) is a German tier 3 premium medium tank. A mobile tank with good manoeuvrability and acceleration. It has good hit points and a decent gun for its tier and will have no problems facing lower-tier tanks. The tank has a high rate of fire is capable of delivering a lot of damage. Other plus points are a large ammo capacity and a good signal range. Its size, however does make it vulnerable to incoming fire from the sides, therefore, it is recommended to always have the front face the enemy in order to minimise the damage received and provide a smaller target for your enemy to shoot. As it has weak armour, it's always a good idea to team up with a group and support them with flanking shots.
Pros:
  • Good hit points
  • Good acceleration
  • Relatively fast traverse speed
  • Rounded armour, which makes this tank quite thick against tier 3 and lower
  • High damage potential and rate of fire
  • Large ammo capacity
  • Good signal range
  • Fastest aim time in the game
Cons:
  • No preferential matchmaking
  • Prone to crew loss
  • Relatively low top speed

T-15

Something great about the T-15 is that it has the agility to drive circles around enemy tanks. This tier 3 German light tank also has good HP for its tier. It also makes a good scout with an excellent view range.

Although its gun is decent against tanks of the same tier, it will not deal much damage to higher tiers. So take advantage of the T-15's speed and aim for weak spots.

Pros:
  • Good hit points for a tier 3
  • Good accuracy, aim time, turret traverse speed, and elevation arc
  • Good agility
  • Good view range
  • Decent armour for a light tank
  • Extra signal range
Cons:
  • Below average damage and penetration
  • Does not perform well in scout rushes
  • Not to be used for scout rushes
  • Scouting can be difficult if there are many other fast tanks

T-25

The T-25 is a tier 5 premium medium tank which hails from Germany. As it was designed as a successor to the PzKpfw 38 (t) and PzKpfw 38 nA, you'll find some similarities in its profile but with a larger build with sloped armour and a forward rather than a centre mounted turret. Its speed makes up for its sub-par armour and its capable of hitting a top speed of 60km/h, making this tank an excellent candidate for breaching enemy lines and supporting positions in a flash. It has good accuracy and a high rate of fire which allows it to take out lower tier tanks swiftly but it lacks the manoeuvrability of a light tank and can encounter some trouble against frontal armours of stronger tanks. Nevertheless, this machine will be a valuable asset to any player's arsenal.

Pros:
  • Good damage and penetration
  • High HP
  • Good forward and reverse speed
  • Good gun depression
  • Best money maker for its tier
  • Can scout in a pinch (although not advised)
Cons:
  • Low aim time
  • Rather low view range - can be remedied through tactical use of Binoculars.
  • Has difficulties reaching top speed
  • Vulnerable to ammo rack damage
  • Poor armour
  • Slow turret and hull traverse

T-127

The T-127 tank has one of thickest hull and turret armour in the game for its tier with a slightly sloped frontal armour that will allow you to bounce shots off from tanks of the same tier and take multiple hits without much trouble. If you use cover and time your shots, this tank has great sustainability in close combat which allows you to take on multiple opponents.

It is also equipped with a gun that has a good rate of fire and can penetrate most tanks of similar tiers. While it is slower than the other Soviet light tanks, this tank is much more at home on the front lines than its faster and more agile siblings. Its weakness lies in the rear of the turret so avoid exposing this area to your opponents.

Pros:
  • Solid armour can easily bounce shots
  • Good rate of fire
  • Turret traverses quickly
  • Quite mobile for the amount of armour it has
Cons:
  • Lower speed and manoeuvrability than other light tanks
  • Poor signal range
  • Driver hatch at front is a big weak spot

Valentine II

The Valentine II is a Soviet tier 4 premium light tank. Don't let its looks fool you. This tank may look small, but it has strengths and weaknesses similar to those of heavy tanks. It also has great armour and has 380 HP which is generous for its type and tier.

You can choose to lead the charge with this tank's strong armour and high rate of fire. Spearheading an assault alone is not recommended, so team up with a TD or an ally with a better gun for best results.

Try to avoid attention from enemy snipers and arty. The Valentine II can't run with its slow speed. But it can hide well because of its small size.

Pros:
  • Heavy armour with few weak spots
  • High HP
  • Easy to camouflage in bushes and behind rocks
  • Fast gun/track traverse
  • High rate of fire
  • Decent damage and gun depression
  • Good matchmaking
Cons:
  • Gun is weak against tier 4s
  • Weak engine
  • Low speed limit
  • Low ammo capacity

Churchill III

The Churchill III is a Soviet tier 5 premium heavy tank. Although slow, it has devastating firepower! It has a high rate of fire at 26.25 r/m which can down opponents quickly. Look out for weak spots and bully those pansies into submission! Another great feature that makes this tank a keeper is that it generates a lot of EXP, which makes it a great tank for training your crew.

But like most bullies, the Churchill III could only pick on tanks of its tier and under. Make a run for it when you see higher-tiered heavies or when you feel that enemy arty is trying to push you off the playground.

Pros:
  • Armour is highly effective against tier 4s
  • Largest HP pool of any tier 5 tank
  • Very high rate of fire, reasonably accurate even while moving
  • Frontal weakspots easily hidden by hull angling
  • Generates a high level of EXP, which speeds crew training
  • Cheap ammo and repair costs
  • Preferential matchmaking means it only sees up to Tier 6 battles
  • Very large ammo capacity
Cons:
  • Moves, accelerates, and rotates slowly
  • Low alpha damage
  • Barely-adequate penetration values
  • Poorly-protected turret
  • Mostly unsloped armor
  • Priority target for artillery
  • Gun reloads faster than it can aim

Matilda IV

The Soviet tier 5 Matilda IV is a medium tank, but should be played like a heavy. Although this tank has great armour, high HP, and can unleash some serious damage, it is slow. You will need superb battle instincts to know where to position this tank so it can be a valuable piece in your team's victory.
A Matilda IV can deal 83-138HP of damage - this helps it to defeat lower-tiered light and medium tanks with ease. If you feel like taking on stronger opponents, team up with a heavy tank and protect your ally's flank.
Pros:
  • Superior rate of fire, aim time and accuracy
  • Amazing gun depression
  • Thick, well-angled armour and high HP
  • Fast turret traverse
Cons:
  • Limited top speed and acceleration
  • Low alpha damage
  • Low penetration
  • Fairly low ammunition capacity
